PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Nearly 8,000 people in southwestern Pennsylvania were without electricity for about an hour and a half Sunday afternoon.
Penn Power says a substation in Ellwood City experienced a disruption of power.
The outage affected parts of Lawrence, Beaver and Butler counties.
The utility company is investigating the cause.
