The holiday season is upon us, and for many that means winter temperatures. Every iPhone user should have a solid pair of touchscreen gloves for when it gets chilly outside. Mujjo recently started selling touch-sensitive knitted gloves, and now the Dutch company has unveiled its premium leather gloves that work beautifully with touchscreens.
The product description says it all:
Made of the finest Ethiopian lambskin, the glove has been uniquely designed from the ground up to be touchscreen compatible. The leather is soft, warm and durable like one would expect from excellent leather. Contemporary, balanced and elegant design combined with an unprecedented touchscreen experience make these gloves truly unique. A special treatment makes the leather wind- and waterproof, soil resistant and provides excellent anti-microbial properties.
Mujjo has integrated nanotechnology into the leather that mimics the conductive properties of the human skin. Two studs on the heel fasten the adjustable strap to tailor the fit to each hand. “The nanotechnology functions independent from the human skin,” according to Mujjo. “This enables us to fully insulate the gloves with a layer of soft 100% wool lining. The leather fully retains its characteristics, affording the wearer maximum comfort and dexterity just like any other glove.”
A quality pair of touchscreen leather gloves means a high price. Mujjo is selling each pair for €129.95, or about $168—not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. But if you want a really, really nice pair of leather gloves that will work with your iPhone, it’s not going to get better than this.
