The company is currently surveying about 500 restaurants in the city and surrounding areas, measuring each one on its 30-point scale. The Zagat reviews are generated by consumers, ranking restaurants on food, decor, service and average cost. Survey responses are currently being collected. The survey ends on Dec. 2.
