As we prepare for one of the most exciting events on the scholastic sports calendar, we continue with our newest feature of our website, The "Mr. High School Sports" Podcast. It's a look back at the highlights of the previous weekend, and a look ahead at things to come in high school football.
This week, we’re switching things up, as we give an overview of all four brackets, looking at possible Quarterfinal matchups, and sharing our predictions of who will meet at Heinz Field.
We’ve including a glimpse at our featured game on SportsRadio 93.7 The Fan, in which No. 6 seed Penn-Trafford hosts No. 11 seed Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Lanny Frattare and Bob Orkwis will have the call at 7:30, with coverage beginning, courtesy of the MSA Sports Network, at 7:00.
We’ll also hear from Thomas Jefferson head coach Bill Cherpak and South Allegheny head coach Pat Monroe on leading their respective teams to the postseason…
