LAWRENCE COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA) – The victims of an early-morning house fire in New Castle are saying it was no accident.
It happened early Saturday on Cunningham Avenue.
An elderly woman, her son and a dog managed to make it out of the two-story building.
Resident Waddy Moses said he woke up when he heard glass breaking and then saw the flames.
"When the house next door burned on July 4th, somebody wrote on the side of our house, 'get out or you're next,'" Moses said. "To me it's a little suspicious."
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
