CBS Pittsburgh: Child Falls Into Zoo Exhibit, Dies Nov 4th 2012, 17:58 CBS Pittsburgh News, Sports, Weather, Traffic and the Best of Pittsburgh Child Falls Into Zoo Exhibit, Dies Nov 4th 2012, 17:40 PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A child died at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium this morning after falling into an enclosure. The child somehow got into an animal exhibit and was killed. Sources tell KDKA it was the African Painted Dog exhibit. This is the second incident involving the African Painted dogs this year. In May, the Pittsburgh Zoo was also evacuated after one of the dogs escaped from its enclosure. Stay with KDKA for more information.
