According, to emergency dispatchers, the break happened near the intersection of Hillburn and Wheeling Streets around 10 a.m. One house is reportedly being flooded as a result of the break, but there is no word about the extent of the damage. Pennsylvania American Water Company crews are at the scene and Duquesne Light has also been called.
