SALISBURY (KDKA) — A three-year-old Amish boy was killed in a tractor accident in Somerset County.
The incident happened in an Amish community on Shoemaker Hill Road in Salisbury, Elk Lick Township.
State police say the three-year-old was playing on the tractor. He accidentally turned it on, causing him to be knocked off the tractor.
The boy was then run over by the tractor and killed.
Another child near the tractor was hit, but suffered minor injuries.
