CBS Pittsburgh: Police Officer Shot Oct 12th 2012, 10:38 CBS Pittsburgh News, Sports, Weather, Traffic and the Best of Pittsburgh Police Officer Shot Oct 12th 2012, 10:37 Stanton Heights (KDKA)- This morning, a police officer is in the hospital after being shot in the Stanton Heights neighborhood of Pittsburgh. It happened around 5 this morning, along Millerdale Street. Officials tell us the officer was hit in the bullet-proof vest. No word on the officer’s condition this morning. We’re told two suspects were also shot during the incident. No word on their conditions. Police are still sorting out the details. Stay with KDKA-TV for the latest information.
