Johnston believes the trusting customer is being squeezed for every last cent in their pocket, asked to risk their retirement funds and even endanger their lives. And the powerful companies can do it all legally. But, how?
“It’s all in the fine print,” he says.
Johnston has set out to show the public how corporations can hide stipulations in just about every contract, often with government permission.
Johnston also wrote, “Perfectly Legal” and “Free Lunch.”
