CBS Pittsburgh: Man Killed In Venango County ATV Crash Sep 2nd 2012, 21:01 CBS Pittsburgh News, Sports, Weather, Traffic and the Best of Pittsburgh Man Killed In Venango County ATV Crash Sep 2nd 2012, 21:01 CANAL TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — A man was killed this weekend when his ATV hit a tree in Venango County. State police have identified the victim as 34-year-old Todd Howard of Polk, Pa. The crash happened just before 5 p.m. Saturday along Beagle Club Road in Canal Township. According to state police, Howard was headed south on Beagle Club Road when he failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the road and then slammed into a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
