EIGHTY FOUR (KDKA) — People in Eighty Four, Washington County, reported seeing a funnel cloud Thursday evening.
Tree limbs, part of a shed and a mailbox were among the debris found along Route 519.
Kim, a witness, saw a driver having trouble when the wind moved through.
"When I came out, his car was facing north," she said. "He was picked up and flipped on the driver's side. He got out okay, but he was disoriented a little bit, but he's fine."
Barb was on the road herself when the storm clouds rolled into the area.
"I was driving home and I just saw the funnel form and clouds and I became very frightened and got out of my car and into a store for protection," she said. "That's all I saw was just a funnel cloud."
