(KDKA) – Jerry Sandusky will be sentenced today after being found guilty on 45 of 48 charges in a child sexual assault case earlier this year. On Monday, Sandusky released a recorded statement, where he still maintained his innocence. "They can take away my life, they can make me out as a monster, they can treat me as a monster, but they can't take away my heart. In my heart, I know I did not do these alleged, disgusting acts,” he said in the recording. Many experts believe that Sandusky will likely remain in prison for the rest of his life.
