CBS Pittsburgh: Man Rushed To Hospital After North Side Shooting Oct 3rd 2012, 11:56 CBS Pittsburgh News, Sports, Weather, Traffic and the Best of Pittsburgh Man Rushed To Hospital After North Side Shooting Oct 3rd 2012, 11:10 PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are looking for a suspect who shot a man on the North Side early Wednesday morning. The shooting took place at 225 East Ohio Street, in an alley way between two apartments. Around 3:40 a.m. police received a call and found a man with a bullet lodged in his abdomen. Police officials say they were surprised that the shooting took place without their knowledge since they regularly patrol the area. The man was rushed up the street to Allegheny General Hospital. His identity and condition have not been released. Police say there were no witnesses.
